September 2023 – Initial Prototype Testing Begins

Adapet began its journey in revolutionizing pet diabetes care by initiating internal prototype testing for its Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system. This phase focused on validating the core sensor technology, testing for glucose data accuracy, sensor placement comfort, and adhesion longevity on pets under natural daily conditions. Veterinary partners were invited to offer early feedback on wearability and usability, which helped shape future iterations. The data and feedback gathered laid the foundation for clinical trial readiness and long-term product refinement.
